SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PHILADELPHIA DIVISION (NSWCPD) SUBJECT: Support to Manage the Advanced Weapons Elevator Test Site and Shipboard Integrated Master Schedule THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible firms capable of providing the supplies described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition. Period of Performance - 12 months starting September 2019 Scope - NSWCPD is requesting support to manage the Advanced Weapons Elevator Test Site and Shipboard Integrated Master Schedule. The schedule was developed and is to be maintained in Primavera. Contractor would be required to interface with NSWCPD personnel, update the schedule, provide tools for reporting status, and train NSWCPD employees to maintain the schedule generate status reports. In addition, the contractor will provide status and reports to leadership as requested. The effort is planned as .5 FTE over one year and will be funded quarterly, we may elect to not fund the entire year. There will be travel to NSWCPD as required at the rate of 3 days per month. Capability Statements: Interested businesses are invited to submit capability statements, not to exceed 5 double spaced, single-sided pages in length, demonstrating their ability to fulfill this requirement. Capability Statements must address, at a minimum the following: Identify the Sources Sought Number and Title •· Name of Company and address •· Ownership, including whether: Small, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone, or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) •· Points of contact, including: Name, title, phone, and e-mail address •· CAGE Code and DUNS Number •· A complete description of the offeror's capabilities (including technical, program management, prototyping, etc.) related experience, or unique combination of factors that would directly relate to the Government's objectives. Note: The requested information is for planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued nor will the Government pay for the information solicited.
