The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, intends to procure the fabrication of three (3) 400Hz Remote Ground Fault Detector boxes. The contractor will procure all necessary parts to fabricate and assemble the boxes according to the provided NAVSEA drawings. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall make their request by email only, and submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via email to the contact below by 6 September 2019. Upon receipt of the JCP Certification, at the end of the pre-solicitation period, the RFQ will be sent out via e-mail, along with a separate email of the drawings via https://safe.apps.mil This procurement is Firm Fixed Price, Small Business Set Aside, and will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
