The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure the actuator valve assembly for shipboard SCD1282. These valves will be installed for MPRG Upgrade under LSD HM&E MODERNIZATION Program on a Sole Source basis from F.S. Welsford (Cage 0NB72). The assembly part # RJB-001/MK75 is manufactured in house is sold directly from them also. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b).
