The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price (FFP) modification to Contract N00024-19-C-5388 for the procurement of MK 46 MOD 2 Gun Weapon System (GWS) Provisioned Items Order (PIO) Spares on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc. (GDLS). The period of performance shall be approximately twenty-two (22) months from the date of award. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers.
