Supporting documentation, such as company overviews, may also be included in submissions. Multiple submissions for different technologies will be accepted. Submission of proprietary and other sensitive information shall be marked and identified with disposition instructions (submitted material will not be returned), and must be releasable to SETA contractors (who have an NDA in place with the relevant organization within DoD). Submissions not releasable to SETA contractors will not be evaluated. The responses shall include, but not be limited to: (a) the notional cost and schedule necessary to complete the task, (b) a description of the proposed solution, and (c) references to any related publications, reports, or data that further support the technical portion of the response. The Government will review the submitted responses and may schedule further discussions with responding vendors individually. All emailed questions and RFI responses shall contain the subject line: WIPO RFI. Responses shall be in electronic format, either ".docx" or ".pdf" and must contain only unclassified information. White paper submissions shall be limited to twenty (20) pages in length; there will be no limit on the submission of supporting documentation.
