The 18th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit for comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services at the Combat Arms Training and Maintenance range facility. The work will be performed at Building 964 of the 18th SFS Combat Arms Firing Range at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure a fully functional, dirt and lead-free range environment, including its ventilation system. A formal solicitation is planned to be posted at the end of the week of 3 April 2026. This is a pre-solicitation notice, and no proposals are being requested at this time.
