Contractor shall install (2) new exterior potable water systems, including disinfection systems at 2 separate locations: The Dixie Site and the Premont Site. Premont site has tested positive for Legionella in water systems. Contractor to provide all materials, equipment and services for a new, properly installed/operating, chlorinated potable water system. The ROTHR Site (Premont): The contractor shall disconnect the existing 2 inch piping at the current well head, water storage tank and Bldg.1 exterior. The ROTHR Site (Dixie) requires the same disinfection system as described in Premont site, but does not require piping from a well or wellhead. The current site has water delivered and stored in an existing 5,000 gal storage tank feeding Bldg.2162. No water line or pressure pump replacement is intended. Owner’s intent is to have the water storage tank and Bldg. 2162 as a potable water system. ***Interested contractors to submit capabilities statement via e-mail to Danny Ortiz, Lead Contract Specialist, on/by response time/ date***
