This is a non-personnel services contract for environmental compliance to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Environmental Division (ED) to meet regulatory standards within the Final Governing Standards (FGS) for Germany, a combination of U.S. and German regulations. The Contractor shall provide support through compliance advisory services, site inspections, site visits, reporting, and provide training for various environmental medias. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services within the area of responsibility of United States Army Garrison (USAG) Stuttgart.
