Equipment requires a support level of on-site and phone service with coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, with a four-hour response. Technicians must be ORACLE-certified and utilize only ORACLE-authorized parts. Only ORACLE certified technicians working for ORACLE approved resellers and distributors can perform the technical aspects of this requirement and comply with warranty and other protections of intellectual property that ORACLE has placed on their hardware. Some equipment is located at DFAS Indianapolis data center and some equipment is located at DFAS Columbus data center. A Brand Name justification will be posted with the solicitation.
