This solicitation is for a quantity of 18 each. Solicitation is being solicited as a Total Small Business set-aside. The required delivery is 289 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control, a critical application item, and a higher level quality requirement, Boeing Rights Guard, and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 25 May 2020. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. SOURCES SOUGHT: TORQUE TUBE, FLAP The Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for NSN 1560-01-019-0365, TORQUE TUBE, FLAP. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
