THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY – Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) IS NOT SOLICITING QUOTES AT THIS TIME, JUST INFORMATION. DFAS is conducting market research for a training course in the area of diversity. This training will address the leadership competency “Leveraging Diversity”. Building these skill sets will better position our leaders to provide an inclusive workplace that fosters the motivation and development of others, facilitates effective delegation, empowerment, personal sacrifice and risk for the good of the mission, facilitates trust, confidence, cooperation and teamwork, and supports constructive resolution of conflicts. See the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a full description of the course. DFAS is looking to determine the level of interest, for this potential requirement, from companies in the commercial sector. If your company would be interested in quoting on this requirement, DFAS would appreciate if you would let us know the level of your interest. Please provide your course that best fits the description of the PWS. Please include course length, a description of the course content, course syllabus, and any course prerequisites. Any proprietary information that is submitted may be used in establishing requirements, but specific contractor-submitted information will be safeguarded as proprietary.
