THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY – This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI). It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. 150 Foot Telescoping Boom Aerial Lift 150' Telescopic Boom Lift, DED (Diesel Engine Driven), All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) capable, rotating jib with 120 degree range of articulation, platform restricted capacity of 1,000 lbs.(unrestricted capacity of 500 lbs.), 110V AC receptacle in basket 110Volts, 60Hz, single phase Test system shall have central ground and neutral busses to which all AC-powered sensors and console equipment shall be connected. All cable shields shall be grounded at only one (1) end to prevent unwanted ground loops and eddy current effects. Must be outdoors capable with All-Wheel / 4-Wheel Drive capabilities. 110V AC outlet inside of platform, outdoors use. MHE (Material Handling Equipment). Must be able to be dropped off and picked-up on-site.
