Sources Sought Notice Education and Training Program Manager Columbus AFB, MS 25 Feb 2021 The 14th Medical Group at Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB) supports the 14th Flying Training Wing and manages the day-to-day health care needs of CAFB personnel and their families. Its primary mission is to maintain medical readiness for worldwide contingencies by providing quality, cost-effective health care for more than 3,800 beneficiaries. It also supports community disaster plans and combat medical readiness missions. In addition it provides primary care, mental health care, minor surgery, and preventive medicine services and which are supported by radiology, laboratory, physical therapy, and pharmacy departments. The clinic is fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and consists of an authorized work force of 167 personnel. The clinic provides comprehensive healthcare and aeromedical dispositions during the 28,101 annual outpatient visits. This sources sought notification is for the 14th Medical Group located at CAFB, Columbus Mississippi as part of this process, this notice is seeking information from vendors to determine which companies have the skills and interest to support this effort. The necessary capabilities needed in support of this requirement are centered on: Education & Training Program Manager. Please note, this is a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought. Responses are for informational purposes only; this IS NOT a Request for Quotes (RFQ). Please see attached Performance Work Statement for specifics regarding the purpose of this RFI. The information provided may be used by the 14 Contracting Squadron and 14 Medical Group in developing its acquisition strategy for procuring the Education & Training Program Manager requirement. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought. All responses must be submitted via email. No phone calls will be accepted.
