In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Offeror will provide proposal for Reccuring Engineering Services CLIN 0001AA for Ordering Period 1. Subsequent Recurring Engineering efforts will be negotiated prior to the start of each sequential ordering period.
