This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. The period of performance for this contract will begin NLT 30 days after award of the contract. If this delivery schedule cannot be met, the contractor must specify the proposed schedule in the quote. The evaluation factors are as follows: - The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1.) Technical capability of the services offered to meet the Government's requirement. Offeror must submit a work schedule to demonstrate their ability and plan of action to complete the work IAW the SOW. 2.) Price. Technical capability is equal to price. Performance Work Statement Attached CLIN 0001: Inspection of Eight (8) Fabric Sunshades as per the PWS. Firm Fixed Price CLIN. CLIN 0002: Maintenance and Repair of Sun Shade(s) as per the PWS. Not To Exceed CLIN. Price List shall be included in quote. Repairs to be approved prior to performance.
