Once prototype is verified and accepted by the G... This is a Sources Sought/ Request for Information on the AGE Extension Cord Carts. The Contractor shall provide one (1) prototype for proof of concept. Once prototype is verified and accepted by the Government Engineering Representative (GER) the contractor shall provide an additional forty-four (44) each of Drawing X202023589 Rev A or current configuration after the prototype is accepted by the GER. All DATA Rights and Drawing packages are the sole property of the USAF/309 AMXG/EN. Quality: All items shall be clean all FOD i.e. dirt, burrs, material shavings, cutting oil, etc. upon delivery and meet the requirements of X202023589 Rev A or current configuration. Changes: Only the GER reserves the right to make changes to X202023589 Rev A drawing, scope, design, and configuration as required. No other alterations are allowed without prior approval from the GER. Drawings: Government Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) will issue drawing package upon request. A Solidworks / Iges 3D model file of the assembly and parts is available upon request. The e- drawings viewer can be down-loaded free of charge from www.edrawingsviewer.com. Non-Disclosure Agreement: Upon award of contract, awardee will be required to sign a non- disclosure agreement if any additional technical drawing package information, i.e. CAD data, is requested. The non-disclosure agreement is not inclusive for full release of all CAD data or proprietary information for this project. The requested additional technical information, if deemed required by GER, will be provided on a need-to-know basis. The contractor shall ensure that all applicable Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) IA and IA-enabled products comply with AFI 33-200, Information Assurance.
