NAVSUP FLCSD is conducting market research for capable businesses to provide PRAT Senior Personnel Analyst support to COMNAVSURFPAC, augmenting Command Readiness Assessment Visits and personnel readiness assist visits aboard Surface Ships with emphasis on DAPA and UPC program compliance. The anticipated contract is an 8(a) set-aside, Firm-Fixed-Price vehicle with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods; it is a follow-on to an 8(a) sole-source award and will apply FAR 52.219-14 limitations on subcontracting. Performance will be at Naval Base 32nd Street and aboard Surface Ships, with anticipated CONUS and international travel to Everett, WA; Pearl Harbor, HI; Yokosuka, Japan; and Sasebo, Japan; international travelers must have a valid passport.
