NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to Elite Applied Solutions, LLC under FAR 6.302-1. The notice is not a request for proposals or quotations. Any challenges to the sole-source determination must be submitted in writing to Charles.d.bell14.civ@us.navy.mil and include sufficient information to show that an equivalent service exists that meets the Government’s needs. The Government will decide, at its sole discretion, whether to compete the requirement based on any responses received.
