This is a sources sought notice for market research only, not a request for proposals, and no contract commitment is implied. The Navy is seeking capability statements to determine whether small businesses can perform the stated requirement, and responses will inform potential small business set-aside decisions. Interested firms must submit a capability statement of no more than five pages, using Times New Roman 12-point font, in Microsoft Word or PDF format via email only. The submission must include company information, DUNS and CAGE codes, small business designations, and relevant contract experience. No hardcopy, fax, phone, or proposal submissions will be accepted.
