The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Workforce Development Division is seeking a contractor for an anticipated firm-fixed-price service contract under NAICS 611430 to provide thirteen virtual Microsoft Power Platform courses (Power Automate, Power BI, and Data Analytics) to the Federal employee workforce across the Enterprise in multiple time zones. This RFI/Sources Sought is for planning purposes only, not a solicitation or RFQ, and no contract will be awarded from it. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months from the effective date of award, with performance expected to begin on or about 10/26/2026. Interested parties should submit a capability statement and company information, including socio-economic status, GWAC vehicles if applicable, requested notice/lead time, course reschedule/cancellation policy, and three past performance references similar in scope, size, and complexity within the past five years.
