Intent to Sole Source CNAP Aviation Cost Evaluation System (ACES) Support
The U.S. Navy requires non-personal technical and analytical support services for the Aviation Cost Evaluation System (ACES) to sustain and enhance the system used for calculating the Flying Hour Program budget. This sole source contract is intended for a 6-month base period with a 2-month option to transition the ACES database to GOVCLOUD and migrate related systems to a .mil domain. The work is necessary to ensure an uninterrupted transition and mitigate risk to critical fleet operations and financial data reporting. Performance of services is for Commander, Naval Air Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet, with the incumbent contractor located in Chantilly, Virginia. A competitive SeaPort-NxG solicitation is planned for long-term sustainment following this short-term requirement.
