This is a sources sought notice issued by the Navy for market research purposes, not a request for proposals. Interested firms must submit a capability statement, no more than five pages, along with feedback on the Performance Work Statement. Submissions should include company information, small business designations, DUNS, CAGE code, and relevant contract experience. The Government will use responses to determine whether any portion of the acquisition may be set aside for small business competition.
