THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY CONTRACT NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting in support of Military Sealift Command (MSC), is negotiating as a firm fixed-price supply time contract to provide OEM BUFFALO PUMPS FIRE SPRINKLER PUMPS on a SOLE SOURCE basis. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 18 November 2025 with a closing date on or about 21 November 2025. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.Gov Website: https://sam.gov/content/home. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based on responses received to this notice is solely within the disrection of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the SAM.Gov website.
