This is only for leasing of the buoy. A PWS and restricted Information is provided for one to submit capability statements or additional information if they think they can fulfill the lease needed. Please reference all attachments. This procurement is for a commercial supply contract for leasing a current OPT Next Gen Power Buoy that is currently residing at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA (NPS). NPS requires an upgrade to the sensors on this buoy owned by OPT. This lease procurement will consist of a 12-month base period and two 12-month Option periods.
