This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside Pre-Solicitation for Audio Visual Upgrade for a Conference Room FLC Puget Sound will be soliciting for Audio Visual Upgrade for a Conference Room, in accordance with solicitation specifications in support of SWFPAC. This acquisition will be negotiated as 100% Total Small Business Set-aside Competition IAW FAR 13.5. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the www.sam.gov website on or about 09/05/2025 with a closing date on or about 09/13/2025. A Firm-Fixed Price, Service type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the sam.gov website: www.sam.gov Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments.
