The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to direct award to TTEC Government Solutions, LLC, with a firm fixed-price contract for transponder services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement covers transponder services for preexisting transponders. The procurement action is for NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, VA. The Contract Specialist included a sole source as an attachment to this requirement because the tents need to match pre-existing tents for uniformity. The requirement will be solicited 11/07/24. The services that are required are transponder E-Z Pass services for preexisting transponders. Any potential contractor capable of demonstrating that it is qualified to perform the work to the required standards and that wishes to make a competitive quote for the contract should submit a capability statement in beta.SAM.gov. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488390 – Other Support Activities for Water Transportation. The Size Standard is 18 million dollars. The product service code (PSC) is V999- TRANSPORTATION/TRAVEL/RELOCATION- OTHER. The services are to begin 5 February 2025- 4 February 2026, a total of four Option Years 5 February 2026- 4 February 2027, 5 February 2027- 4 February 2028, 5 February 2028- 4 February 2029, and 5 February 2029- 4 February 2030.
