This is not a request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not behonored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair, Groton intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source award to Feole Technologies to furnish phase array ultrasonic testing equipment. This purchase will b emade utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334515-Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Tessting Electricity and Electrical Signals; the size standard is $750 employees. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 21 August 2023 at 10AM (EST). Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
