The Fleet Readiness Center Procurement Group Patuxent River, MD 20650 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a sole source purchase order to PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION, CAGE 59211, 14300 Alton PKWY Irvine, California 92618-1814, using FAR Part 13 procedures under FAR 13.106-1(b). The Fleet Readiness Center South West (FRCSW) has a requirement for Final Acceptance Testing on Elevator Actuator Servos and Aileron Actuator Servo in support of the FRCSW E-2D maintenance requirements. PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION is the OEM of these Aileron and Elevator Actuator Servos, and they alone hold proprietary design and technical data rights for these components. For this reason, the government intends to procure the services from PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION, CAGE 59211, 14300 Alton PKWY Irvine, California 92618-1814. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
