The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The vendor shall deliver the newly acquired paper products to the Navy Warehouse, 6810 Loisdale Road, Springfield, VA 22150. The vendor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and goods to complete these services.
