This announcement constitutes the only notice for sources sought. Request for company background and capabilities brief are being sought and requested for this notice. An official solicitation notice is NOT applicable at this time. This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement for consideration in the overall acquisition strategy, as well as to promote competition. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain professional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide professional reviews of published literature, and/or the development of program documentation to be used in support of DON SAPRO programs, as well as evaluations/analyses of its prevention initiatives.
