This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. The proposed action is for non-severable commercial project to conduct a NHP study using a dengue tetravalent purified inactivated vaccine (TPIV) with a novel adjuvant, and then challenge NHPs with wild type live viruses to evaluate enhanced immunogenicity and efficacy. This solicitation is being issued on an urestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 541715. Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1 lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award.
