The Fleet Readiness Center Procurement Group Patuxent River, MD 20650 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a sole source purchase order to Air Logistics Corporation, CAGE 01413, 146 Railroad AVE Monrovia, California 91016-4642, United States, using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures under FAR 13.106-1(b). The Fleet Readiness Center Aviation Support Equipment (FRCASE) has been tasked to procure OEM replacement parts for an Engine Transportation Equipment Trailer. The parts required are made and distributed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Air Logistics Corporation. For this reason, the government intends to procure these supplies on a sole source basis from Air Logistics Corporation, CAGE 01413, 146 Railroad AVE Monrovia, California 91016-4642, United States. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
