Closing Date: 26 January 2022 The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) requires a custom turning roll set. The roll set shall include a power rotation roll and a power pitch-adjust idler roll customized to position a COLUMBIA Class Submarine (CLB) Bearing Support Structure (BSS). This customized roll set is critical to supporting the final steps in the manufacturing of the CLB BSS. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333992 Welding and Soldering Equipment Manufacturing, and PSC 3439 Welding Positioners And Manipulators The anticipated need date for delivery shall not exceed four months after contract award through a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order. It is anticipated that the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or around 31 January 2022 via Government Point of Entry (GPE). If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1.)
