The Atlantic Test Range Depar... This notice is to provide the government’s intent to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with AirTec Inc. (CAGE: 0TAN5) 44174 Airport Road, California, MD 20619. The Atlantic Test Range Department (ATR), a component of the NAWCAD Digital Analytics Infrastructure and Technology Advancement Group (DAiTA), has a requirement to support experimentation, test, and evaluation of the Precision Approach and Landing System (PALS) in coordination with PMA-213. The government’s requirement is to acquire a PALS instrumentation and test system rack in order to conduct critical test events in June – July timeframe of 2021. The PALS Rack system procurement will result in an FAA certified rack system suitable for a DC-3/BT -67 airframe, all associated instrumentation and test equipment, fully ground and flight qualified in a ready for test configuration. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with 10 U.S.C. Section 2373 Procurement for Experimental Purposes. The United States Government maintains sole discretion not to compete this requirement and is based upon the approval to utilize the authority under Title 10 U.S.C.
