This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is advertised as a competition. Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) is issuing solicitation number, 1300896966, as a request for quotes (RFQ) for the procurement of the MAA Handheld Wired Network Analyzer. The equipment supports the Aircraft Prototype System Division to provide maintenance on aircrafts. The Government intends to award a contract on a Competitive- Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis for this procurement. THIS NOTICE IS PUBLISHED AS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. REQUIREMENTS: Under this effort, the Contractor shall provide the following items: Part Number Description Quantity 6625-99-977-4774 Hand Held Wired Network Analyzer 1 SPECIFICATIONS: Shipping and Handling must be included in quote NO ALTERNATES WILL BE CONSIDERED All items must be new and all quotes must be for all items as stated, no substitutes, prototypes, demonstration models, used or refurbished equipment will be accepted and partial quotes will not be considered for award. Only firm fixed price offers will be evaluated. An offer using a sliding price scale or subject to escalation based on any contingency will not be accepted. Award will be made to only one vendor.
