The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division, at Patuxent River, Maryland is requesting information and conducting Market Research to identify and determine if there are potential sources, which have the capabilities to provide Aluminum Metal Components to support the Aircraft Prototyping Support Division Program. This Sources Sought is for planning and market research purposes only and should not be considered as a request for proposal or as a solicitation to do business with the Government. There is no solicitation package available at this time. The appropriate product service code is 9515. The NAICS for this requirement is 331315 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. All interested and eligible businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government is not obligated to, and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this announcement. SCOPE Procurement is for the purchase of Aluminum Metal Components. The Aluminum Metal Components are used for manufacturing and modification of components, utilized for projects required for the improvement of critical aircraft maintenance and more importantly, the overall mission of the fleet.
