This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to procure Calibration Standards (CALSTDs) and ancillary equipment for Aviation Fleet Intermediate Calibration Activities, fleet training activities, and Aviation Navy Calibration Laboratories (NCLs) to support Aviation Organizational and Intermediate level maintenance assets. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, on a sole source basis, to Broadax Systems Inc., 1283 W. State Street, Ontario, CA 91762, for this procurement. The statutory authority permitting other than Full and Open Competition is USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The procedures of FAR Part 12 and 13.5 will be utilized for this commercial acquisition. The draft Statement of Work (SOW), Attachment (1), is hereby provided. Requirements: 1.
