This is a sources sought notice for a non-personal services contract to provide IT client services support at the U.S. Naval Academy and the surrounding Annapolis Area Complex in Maryland. Contractor personnel will support Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT services, including help desk, remote assistance, and on-site support for approximately 7,000 clients.
