The purpose of this effort is to obtain maintenance service for the scheduled life cycle of X-Ray Magnetometers by ensuring that the functional capability of these machines is operationally sustainable through annual preventive maintenance services to mitigate any risk of system interruptions or delays due to system malfunction or system failures. The Government has a requirement to procure annual preventative routine maintenance services to support all 19 X-Ray machines and 14 Walk thru maintenance system testing, perform radiation leakage inspection and make the necessary corrective repairs to ensure continuation of its day-to-day operation of all Magnetometer systems and X-Ray equipment. As part of the annual preventive maintenance, all parts including parts and materials experiences and labor. The Contractor shall provide all parts, material expenses and labor required to adjust, maintain, repair, or refurbish, when necessary, all 19 X-Ray machines and 14 Walk thru Magnetometers machines. Magnetometer and X-Ray machines to its proper operating condition, in accordance with the manufacture’s main inspection and specification manuals.
