The On-line Learning Platform and Technical Course Library Contract Requires two (2) categorical subscription levels or options for technical on-line training library courses and skill development and Assessment licenses. Said on-line learning platform subscription levels shall be delineated in the following general categories: Subscripition/License Option A: Complete/Holistic On-line library of TECHNICAL courses as a professional development course library subscription plan to include comprehensive content areas for Programming Languages; Software Development; Web & Database/Creative Development; Information Assurance & Cyber Security; Information Technology, Networks & Networking Services; and Project Management, Business Operations, and Business Tools Functions. Subscripition/License Option B: Skillsets and Professional Development subscription plan with Advanced Organization Competencies and Data & Analytics Management capability providing greater flexibility to our organization to manage organizational competencies, understand workload skill gaps, and allow for organizational knowledge/skill growth & development planning. License B shall be an all-inclusive option that provides everything in the platform, analytics and skillset development subscription plans. In addition to the License A, License B will provide an Advanced Organization Competencies and Analytics Management subscription plan which will provide advanced features, function, and capability for a more advanced and/or experienced Organization. Which will provide greater flexibility to organization to manage organizational competencies, understand workload skill gaps, and allow for organizational knowledge/skill growth & development planning.
