SOURCES SOUGHT # 12520220803 DESCRIPTION FOR CATERED MEALS INTRODUCTION The USPFO For Michigan, Lansing, MI is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide catered meals during the period of 23-26 September 2022 as described in several locations The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition if enough SB interest is not capable. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Government requires the following: 29 meals delivered to 4400 East 8 Mile Road Detroit, MI 48234 which will include lunch and dinner on the 23rd, 24th, 25th & sack lunch for 26th of September 2022. 73 meals delivered to 1800 South Outer Drive Saginaw, MI 48601 which will include lunch and dinner on the 23rd, 24th, 25th & sack lunch for the 26th of September 2022. 38 Meals delivered to 1200 44th Street SW Wyoming, MI 49509 which will include lunch and dinner on the 23rd, 24th, 25th & sack lunch for the 26th of September 2022. 37 Meals delivered to 15900 190th Ave, Big Rapids, MI 49307 which will include lunch and dinner on the 23rd, 24th, 25th & sack lunch for the 26th of September 2022. 106 Meals delivered to 3500 Douglas St, Saginaw, MI 48601 which will include lunch and dinner on the 23rd, 24th, 25th & sack lunch for the 26th of September 2022. 23 Meals delivered to 2510 Wilder Road Bay City, MI 48706 which will include lunch and dinner on the 23rd, 24th, 25th & sack lunch for the 26th of September 2022. 38 Meals delivered to 3411 N. MLK, Lansing, MI 48906 which will include lunch and dinner on the 23rd, 24th, 25th & sack lunch for the 26th of September 2022. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is (722320) with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is S203. SUBMISSION DETAILS Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, CAGE Code & UEI, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Shellawn Hickling, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email shellawn.m.hickling.civ@army.mil no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on 10 Aug 2022 on and reference this Sources Sought Number 12520220803 in subject line of e-mail and on all enclosed documents.
