The Government intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Onkos Surgical, Inc. for its COTS MY3D Distal Radial Osteotomy Kit and custom anatomical models, supporting Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. The kit includes CT/MRI imaging processing, a surgical planning meeting with Dr. Todd Heig, and design, development, and delivery of a personalized distal radial osteotomy kit and patient anatomical models. The contract has a delivery date of 10Nov26 and an estimated total value of $24,670.00. This is not a request for quote or proposals, and the Government will not reimburse costs incurred in responding.
