This RFI seeks to identify potential sources capable of providing Public Address System maintenance, testing, and repair for the Defense Health Agency Medical Treatment Facility, with performance at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Portsmouth, Virginia, and supported branch clinics. The existing PA systems include legacy paging amplifiers, zone controllers, speakers, wiring, telephone-system interfaces, and power supplies across NMCP locations. A draft Performance Work Statement is referenced for detailed requirements. Interested responders should address their understanding of the scope, similar experience, existing contract vehicles such as GSA schedules, and whether they offer comparable services commercially.
