The government intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Abbott Point of Care for an Abbott i-Stat Service Agreement. The one-year period of performance runs from September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2027. Services will be performed at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. Responses must demonstrate that competition would be advantageous, not cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission. This is not a request for proposals, and the government will not reimburse response costs.
