DHACA seeks sources to supply reagents and consumables for blood compatibility testing at the Blood Donor Center, Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC. Products must comply with FDA, AABB, and CAP standards, be compatible with existing Werfen USA tube-testing instrumentation, accurately identify blood types and detect expected/unexpected antibodies, and hold ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008 certifications. If capable sources are not identified, DHACA intends to award a sole-source contract to Werfen USA, LLC for this requirement. Interested parties should submit a capability statement with technical data and pricing information, limited to three pages, for Government consideration. Information received will be used solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with the sole-source award.
