This is a Sources Sought notice for market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing Donor Kidney Facilitation Services for paired kidney exchanges. The work involves negotiating an agreement with the Alliance for Paired Kidney Donation (APKD), performing computerized match runs, and coordinating the entire transplant exchange process between medical centers. Services will be performed in support of the Department of Surgery at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). The government encourages responses from all small business categories and will consider setting aside the requirement if two or more qualified small businesses respond.
