The USPFO for Arkansas intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide ARNG 216th MP Yellow Ribbon Event Services. The resulting award will be for hotel-lodging, meals and audio/video set-up for break-out rooms checking 1/11/2025 and event 1/12/2025. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The contract will be awarded under Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. A brief synopsis of the services required is as follows: 1. hotel rooms (3) 2. Meals. 3. Audio/video set-up. 4. see attached SOW (statement of work) for more details. 5. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 72110 – Hotels and the size standard is $40,000.00 and PSC Code V231 6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are responsible for checking Sam.gov for changes to this Sources Sought. All offerors shall have the following on quotes: 1. UEI # 2. POC Contact information 3.
