SUBJECT: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for; Medical Waste and Disposal, Aviano Italy This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation ID for this requirement is 12224094, This Requirement is being solicited as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAC 2025-03; and supplemental Regulations from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DFARS Change 1/17/2025. This requirement is being solicited under full and open competition under the NAICS code 485410. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offeror whose offer conforming to the Solicitation will be most advantageous to the government. The government will evaluate quotes based on price, technical acceptability, and conformity to the solicitation.
