Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate a contract modification on a sole-source basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation-Marine Systems, Sunnyvale, CA to provide a Detonator Circuit Tester and a return thermal system hose assemblies. This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by NGSC under Contract N00030-21-C-1010, which was awarded using other than full and open competition. An Award Notice will be publicized, when applicable, along with the supporting Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.301, 5.303, and 6.305 under separate notice. Any interested sources who wish to submit a brief capability package in response to this notice can do so by 4:00 P.M. EST on May 24, 2021. The package shall be 10 pages or less and contain the following: 1) Company Name and Address, 2) Company Point of Contact, 3) Email Address, 4) Phone Number, 5) specifics addressing the company's capability, 6) related past performance and 7) general corporate information. Facilities and US citizen personnel must have a Secret Clearance or higher, and be International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant. If applicable, the package shall indicate which portions are proprietary and should mark them accordingly. Electronic responses are acceptable if prepared in Microsoft 2016 compatible format; Email electronic responses to Jose Blanco (email: jose.blanco@ssp.navy.mil) with "Presolicitation 121CNGSC1" in the subject line of the Email by the response deadline of 4:00 P.M. EST on May 24, 2021. NOTE: The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice.
