NOTICE: This is not a solicitation, but rather a Request for Information (RFI) to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to establish understanding of the market, to assist with requirement building, and to determine if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 513210 which have a corresponding Size standard of $47 million dollars. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. 2. PROGRAM DETAILS: This Request for Information is being submitted to gauge industry’s ability, capability, and price to provide hiring management software support for the 309th Software Directorate at Warner-Robbins AFB, Hill AFB, and Tinker AFB. This RFI is to assist the 309th Software Engineering Directorate which is conducting market research for a Hiring Management Software. The Directorate is currently around 5,000 employees and estimates to hire around 800 people in 2024. The desired software should include the following: • Onboarding Functions • Job Distributions • Talent Sourcing • Candidate Experience • Screening Tools • Reporting & Analytics • Scalable Workflow 3. REQUESTED INFORMATION: In addition to responding to the Program Details (Section 2), please include the following in your response to this Request for Information: Company Name and CAGE code. Who is your POC? Please provide an email address and phone number. Experience with providing hiring management software support. Suggested elements for the requirement to include. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM), based on Directorate size, services needed, and a five (5) year service. Would you be a prime or subcontractor? Is your company familiar with Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) for payment? Is your company considered a small business based on the NAICS code (513210)? Is your company registered on System for Award Management (SAM)? Please provide responses no later than Tuesday, 8 July 2024 at 1:00 PM MDT.
